WE BELIEVE BUSINESS CAN MAKE OUR WORLD BETTER
We want to live in a world where people question how things are and dedicate their working lives to changing them for the better.
Our Mission
POWERFUL PARTNERSHIPS
When you’re the one in control, it gives you confidence to have a trusted co-pilot along for the ride. We help start-up founders develop new skills and build experience to secure and grow their business.
“It’s about having people that are approachable. I know that if we had a massive business problem, we could just talk to somebody, without having to plan lots of stuff in advance; we could say what do you think – can we talk this through with you? And that’s massive.”
John Burton – co-founder, INSET Online
“It’s like having a team of non-exec directors on your board – to me that’s what it was. When you come to Sussex Innovation, they do everything that those non-exec directors are supposed to do.”
Mark Bailey – founder, Sciensus
“We went from two or three people working from this office, to 15 at the beginning of lockdown, to over 40 as we came back from Covid. The Innovation Centre has allowed us to grow and flex with their office space, the technology, the support they’ve offered.”
Sam Peters – COO, ISMS Online
CONSULTANCY & SUPPORT
We understand that trust is earned when it comes to looking after your interests and advising you about your business. No-one wants to pay to hear what they already know – that’s why we take the time to immerse ourselves in your situation and identify the right people, skills, expertise and tools to help. Our team of senior consultants have all been on their own entrepreneurial journeys and know exactly what it takes to nurture an idea into a successful business.
